The Lärchenhof is a comfortable, family run, holiday facility located in the sunny area of Gries, only a few walking minutes away from the town centre of Lermoos. The house is ideal for adventurous guests - the Zugspitz area with 115 mountain railways is right out the front door, groomed tracks and white winter walking trails lead to the most beautiful places in the region.
Apartments
Shower/toilet, balcony, radio, telephone, sat-TV, safe. All apartments are in the main house or side house (approx. 50 m away) and are very comfortable, rustically or modernly furnished. The side house has the same official category as the main house. Guests accommodations are in the main or side house.
Cooking area: living area with kitchenette, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave.
2-room apartment: 4 beds, living/bedroom with double pull-out couch, bedroom with double bed, approx. 40 m².

Included: Sauna paradise (over 160 m²) with Finnish sauna, experience steam bath, large quiet and relax area with fresh-air area, Kneipp basin.
Free, daily entrance for house guests into the experience indoor pool in Ehrwald with giant slide (approx. 4 km away). Opening hours as posted locally.
