This family-run holiday establishment is located close to the Black lake (Schwarzee) in the outskirts of Kitzbuhel. It is divided into 4 buildings spread within a radius of 30 metres and has: lobby, reception, bar, dining-room, a la carte restaurant and parking spaces.
The rooms have modern fittings which include bathtub or shower, WC, telephone and cable TV, balcony in some.
You can enjoy the numerous facilities in the new fitness and relaxation space with indoor swimming-pool (splendid panoramic view), hot tub, Finnish sauna, seawater cave, scented steam bath, gym, relaxation room as well as a possibility of booking massages and beauty treatments (with extra charge).
Your half-board includes an appetising buffet breakfast, a 4-course dinner menu and salad buffet. Once a week, a theme evening and a country-food buffet are organised.
